PCOS, Adenomyosis, and Endometriosis
Hormones, Nervous System Dysregulation, and Histamine Intolerance + ANOTHER FREE GUIDEBOOK!
Hi, Friends!
This morning, I gave a talk to my classmates about Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Adenomyosis, and Endometriosis. My classmates wanted to hear about what had worked for me and for my clients, and this was the first time I talked to a group of people about these conditions, and I am absolutely buzzing!
I suffer with PCOS and Adenomyosis myself. I brought it into remission in 2022, but was warned that in times of inflammation, stress, infection, trauma, or illness, the symptoms would reappear.
Well, April came and went, and ticked off all of those boxes. It was really apt that I was asked to give a talk about what had worked for me in the past at a time when I have been circling back to my treatment plan that had decreased the symptoms of these conditions and brought them into remission.
We had such a lovely conversation afterwards about illness, and I made a case for the fact that we all really need to share our experiences with womb-related conditions to get a fuller, bigger understanding of them. Everytime I come back to the literature on these conditions, Science and Research come across evidence that conclude that these ailments are more than just hormonal disorders, but also connect them to low-grade inflammation, nervous system dysregulation, adrenal fatigue, and histamine intolerance.
I knew that I was going to overload everyone with information, so I made sure to provide them a guidebook to have forever, and to be able to return to after the information. I want to share this workbook with my subscribers! Attached at the bottom of this post is the PDF guidebook.
Please reach out to me if you have any questions at all. To reiterate, it is so important to share our experiences together! Enjoy the guidebook!
Bonus: provided below are also my talk notes!
