There have been studies done to understand the hierarchical organization of our bones. Through the use of electron microscopes, researchers have found that bones are made up of mineral crystals and protein collagen, and they are organized in a hierarchical structure that would obviously encourage strength and resilience. One study [1] describes these patterns as “fractal-like”, since they stack on top of each other and form continuous structural patterns.
We all know about Dr. Masaru Emoto’s experiment [2] with setting intention into water, freezing that water, and putting it under a microscope to see if that “intention” will influence the water. Dr. Emoto used music, thoughts, and words on different samples of water as the intention or the “treatment”. Intention that was set with harmonious, positive, or loving words, music, or thoughts created symmetrical crystal patterns in the water. However, water that was treated with harsh words or negative thoughts formed disordered patterns in the water. This study is not always well-received in the scientific community, but for magicians, artists, and creatives, there is value in this study.
What Could This Mean?
This study on the crystal formation in our bones was brought to my attention by an extremely talented class mate. I have been really marinating on this study, and what the possible implications of it could be. As as student of Quantum Botanicals, I really enjoy employing quantum physics concepts and the fractal world as a lens in which to perceive biology, plant life, etc.
You all know how much I love to find patterns in things, and merge them together to get a wider, albeit more esoteric, view of life and the beyond.
I propose that bones may hold frequency, just like water does. As Dr. Emoto’s study suggests, water molecules can form specific crystalline patterns in response to stimuli and consciousness. To reiterate, crystal-like bone minerals exhibit a hierarchical organization to create strength and a solid foundation for the body. Both are responding to external forces, in a way. (Water crystals are influenced by thoughts, words, music, etc. Bones are responding to stress, structural needs etc). Therefore, if bones are made up of crystal-like fractal structural patterns, can an external stimulus influence affect the hierarchical arrangement of bone mineral? Can we hold trauma, memory, words (good or bad), thoughts, and music in our bones?
The next time you meditate, try to turn your attention to your bones on a nanoscale. What would be the fractal patterns that your bones hold, and why?
I have written a lot about bones since last year. You can catch up here:
